Hi, I am Jade! I am a Certified Mindset, Self Mastery & Quantum Manifestation Coach, freedom & purpose seeker, founder & podcast host of Innerbloom. My mission is to empower ambitious, passionate and kind women to transcend limiting patterns and align with their most abundant self. Over the past seven years, I’ve immersed myself in a wide spectrum of transformational modalities from mindfulness, mindset and manifestation principles, universal laws, subconscious reprogramming, emotional mastery, to neuroscience based coaching. I bring all of this into my practice to serve my clients at the highest level, and started coaching clients online 6 years ago while simultaneously navigating a fast-paced, high-pressure role at a Fortune 500 Tech company as a Consultant and Account Manager.

So, why the leap from Tech to Coaching?
It started with a moment of radical honesty - asking myself what I was truly here to do. Looking back, the signs were always there. I've always been drawn to spaces of mentorship, growth, and community-building. From leading my university’s largest mentorship program, being a Brand Ambassador for Legacy Pioneers, a Silicon Valley Ed-Tech Startup, to managing the Global Mindfulness community at my corporate job. The throughline was clear - my heart has always been in transformation and empowerment.

Having deepened my personal and professional growth through ICF-accredited programs rooted in neuroscience, somatic psychology, and psychotherapy, my coaching approach integrates the grounded science of the mind with an intuitive understanding of the soul. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE AS A COACH?

I am a certified Mindset & Quantum Manifestation Coach through Aluna Academy by Neurofit (2020), and a graduate of ICF accredited Neuroscience of Change certification under Coaches Rising (2024), and currently getting certified as a Mastery Method Coach by Institute of Coaching Mastery (2025). Combining neuroscience-backed insights with globally recognized coaching standards.

My coaching practice equipped me with range of tools to leverage neuroplasticity, helping clients overcome resistance, reframe beliefs, and build sustainable habits. Through these two certifications and over 5 years worth of deep self development work, I gained expertise in mindset coaching, quantum principles, and manifestation practices that bridge the gap between science and spirituality. This holistic approach enables me to guide clients in uncovering limiting beliefs, rewiring their subconscious, and creating a life in alignment with their highest potential.
