These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching services, group programs, workshops, courses, digital products, and all related offerings (“Services”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or purchase our Services.

Coaching Disclaimer:

Coaching is a professional partnership designed to facilitate personal growth, mindset shifts, goal setting, and accountability. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial services. Results are based on your own efforts, engagement, and consistency, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes, and agree to hold RadiatewithJade harmless for any results, decisions, or changes that occur as a result of participating in coaching.

Intellectual Property:

All content including meditations, worksheets, journal prompts, videos, audio, frameworks, concepts, and teachings is owned by the Company.

You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product and Services and agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials,
Share login details,
Use the content to train or coach clients in your own business, unless explicitly permitted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Individual sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours may be forfeited or charged in full.
Programs or packages: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of RadiatewithJade.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, illness, or emergencies), RaditewithJade will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services but is not liable for refunds.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. You are encouraged to respect confidentiality in group programs by not sharing personal information disclosed by other participants.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

These terms are governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of coaching services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RadiatewithJade regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
